The parking situation isn't exactly at their office. It's a parking deck across the street, which is shared by other offices and the hospital. The deck charges to park there. There isn't any "free" parking. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
