A terrible experience with hideous scar

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
