I have never has such an unpleasant doctor experience. I waited 45+ minutes, even though I arrived on time. Once I got in the examination room, I talked to a nurse for 10-15 minutes about the breakouts I was having. Dr. Lockridge came in, looked at my breakouts with a magnifying glass, told me I had rosacea (depsite that I'm in my early 20s) , and deferred all other questions or comments to his nurse before walking out. I have no doubt that he was in the examination room for less than one minute. As if this were not bad enough, it turns out I do not have rosacea (confirmed after visiting another dermatologist), and the medications/topicals he prescribed to me actually aggravated my face. I decided to try a new docitor when my entire jaw was so swollen with breakouts, it was painful to touch my face.

I have been a patient since 2004, when I was diagnosed with skin cancer. Dr. Lockridge and his staff have always gone above and beyond to treat all my dematological needs. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good dermatologist.
