I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.

January 11 was a snow day, their office was closed. I called to reschedule and was given a new appointment date. I received a appointment confirmation email. I showed on appointed date and time to be told that they had no record of my appointment. They made me feel very uncomfortable...as if I had done something wrong.

I felt rather uncomfortable on my other visits. I never felt like the doctor listened to my problem. He did a procedure that I was supposed to "love", but the original problem is still with me...only worse.

I'll not go back, but don't know where to go.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
