They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name, and we're able to pick up right where we left off at the last appointment. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They take way too long to return to return my phone calls. I usually have to wait for at least a week.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
