They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
