It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
