I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
