He currently trains pro athletes, the Blue Man group and has worked with NASA. As a licensed Athletic Trainer he has more knowledge and experience in sports performance, weight loss management, injury prevention and recovery.

I've seen personal trainers charge $75 an hour and not even be close to the experience and knowledge he has and he charges half this rate.
