When I called the office, the person on the other line greeted me with “Hello? Yeah?” It was not the “Thank you for calling ...” professional greeting one is expected to receive when calling a doctor’s office. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was friendly. However, the chiropractor himself felt the need to talk about where he went to high school, his first date with someone 30 years ago, where he had lived, etc. He also proceeded to call me a nerd for teaching science and pushed his nose up in the air when he heard where I received my education. When I gave him my x- rays and MRI reports, he stated, oh that’s nothing. I have been to over 2 dozens chiropractors in my life in different parts of the world. This is NOT the professionalism one expects from a doctor.

This is a fantastic chiropractor who has a terrific staff. I have been receiving services from him for several years. Last week I was away from Florida and required an adjustment so I went to another chiropractor. There was no comparison. Dr. Laurenzano is thorough, gentle and caring. His massage therapists are fantastic and his office assistant Fiorella is truly special. I highly recommend!
