They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons.

Dr. Michaels was able to remove a vein that was underneath my eye. It was very challenging to find a doctor who was willing to do this, let alone capable of doing this.
