I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
