I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I became a little nervous when I found out that they didn't have anyone on staff that could provide care if the pediatrician was unavailable. However, Dr. Wolpert has always made himself available for emergencies and weekends.
