Came in for pain in shoulder and arm. Given medication, advised to go to physical therapy, and if it doesn't get better, come back in 2 weeks for nerve conduction studies. Did not get better, contacted Dr. Nolan's nurse and explained that I am worse. She spoke with Dr. Nolan and advised that he asked me to come in.

Showed up for the visit and he told he he doesn't treat my condition and I need to make an appointment with his colleague. What!! Thanks a lot. He didn't have to make me come in to tell me that. Over the phone follow-up and recommendation to see his partner would have made much more sense. I already saw him once. He knew my condition and what I needed. He didn't have to bring me in again to tell me he can't treat me. Watch out for this doctor. All about getting you in to make money.

Also, constantly interrupts and doesn't listen well. Stay away.
