Dr. Kulka's offices are busy but quiet and I can relax very easily. I have already sent several people to this doctor. Dr. Kulka truly deserves more recommendations than I can give! Let me just say that his offices are in some of the safest areas around. One is in Hamilton NJ, not Trenton, and the other is in Yardley PA. It has been very easy to get an appointment.
