As a first time patient my experience was horrible. Everyone, from the front desk person to the nurse to the doctor to the check-out person, was rude, impolite, dismissive, and overall showing a very poor attitude. The pseudo doctor I saw, Ahmar Shakir, was the worst. He was dismissive, he laughed at me, he assumed many things about me that are totally wrong, but worst of all he was about to order me medications that I'm not allowed to take. Not only I had previously told his nurse that I can't take them, it also clearly shows from my medical history, that he either did not read or did not understand. He then proceeded to order me a different type of meds, when I was inquiring about this new medication that I had never taken before, instead of answering my questions he laughed at me for having concerns, he belittled me for my physical appearance, he rushed me and then he decided he wasn't going to prescribe me anything because, according to him, I wasn't going to take it. He referred me to my primary. Overall he was in the room with me for not more than 4-5 minutes and again this was my first time at this place. I left in tears and I will never go back.
