Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
