I had ab infection on a toe on my right foot. Doctor said I needed an MRI but checked off CAT scan on the script so the diagnostic center did a CAT scan. When I went back to the doctor he told me I had the wrong test performed and I told him the diagnostic center indicated he checked off CAT scan. He then indicated I needed to get the MRI and prepared a second script. This mistake resulted in one unnecessary test paid by my insurance. Doctor kept me coming back every week or two but the vista were always short and almost never did he check both feet. I was very disappointed with the quality of service and so after about 3 months went somewhere else.

I have never been treated so poorly during an appointment. I went to this office complaining of foot pain and the doctor treated me like I was a moron. I have severe reactions to NSAIDs and was told to take NSAIDs to help releive the pain. He also told me I should try to use my foot more often (go for a walk/run.) If I was able to do that comfortably I wouldn't have made an appointment! He also kept telling me to come in for a recheck in 2 weeks... 1 month. It clearly isn't getting better and I am no longer willing to wait around until it does. I do not want to cover up the pain I want the pain to go away. I don't need to pay a doctor to take pain medication and rest my foot. I am quite capable of doing that myself! To top it off as a friendly way of saying good-bye he likes to clap on my foot. You do realize I made this appointment because my foot is sore? Needless to say I will not be returning!
