They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.
