I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
