I found the reception (nancy) to be extremely rude & unprofessional. She seemed annoyed with assisting me when i called. I have been a patient for quite some time. I find the care of the doctors to be wonderful but I was very disappointed with my most recent attempt to schedule an appt. I was on hold for over 10 mins until I finally hung up & called back. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there was a genuine lack of concern/compassion for me as a patient. I will be changing my primary care provider as a result of this experience.
