This doctor is a big joke! And ENT who also does facial injection, liposuction etc?! Got a very uneasy feeling sitting in the waitingroom and seeing all these flyers about botox and facial fillers. When I got called by the nurse they put me in this small room with no door! The room was so small, my knees were almost outside of the doorway! He looked at the mayor lump I had in my neck and made the diagnoses that it was a cyst and I needed antibiotics and if I wanted he could stick a needle in it and drain it a little for me. Really? That's it? He didn't check my ears, nose or throat, he just felt the big lump I had and had a diagnose. And do you really think I let him stick a needle in me while this room I was in was filthy and had carpeting?! No thank you. I went to a different ENT (checked him out first) and now I have to go in for surgery, because this lump has a-typical cells that might be cancer! Dr. Kumar shouldn't be allowed to practice!!!!
