Lab work...took three phone calls to get staff to sent it to me. Still didn't get it after 2 weeks. Had to go pick it up myself. And no one apologized. I attribute this to poor office management/record keeping since they had my old address in the system and didn't update.

In addition, Dr. often uses patient time to talk about her problems.
