They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
