They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The office was easy enough to find.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.

Dr's office used expired materials to draw blood. Test results were off and were not explained. Dr. refuses to take calls or answer questions. Staff rude and not helpful. Would NEVER have this OB deliver my child. Having a hard time getting medical records to see another OB.
