The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I saw Dr. Graves at Bergen Regional Medical Center. I'm a patient at the clinic there. She is one of the best doctors, of any kind, that I have seen at BRMC, or anywhere else for that matter
