They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.
