I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The office was easy enough to find. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
