Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. There was no reason or apology given for why I waited 30 minutes past the appointment time for my 15 minutes with the doctor. She seemed very rushed. It was never very clear what I was supposed to be doing (she and her assistant basically just walked out of the room saying "thanks" when my exam was finished...I had no idea if I was completely done, if there would be an additional consultation, if I should put my clothes back on...). The patient table was not fully covered with protective paper, making me scrunch to avoid touching the unclean surface. She seemed a bit condescending and I felt scolded like a child by both her and her staff whenever I asked questions or was confused.
