VERY PERSONABLE AND TAKES HIS TIME EXPLAINS EVERYTHING AND THE OFFICE IS VERY NICE FREINDLY ATMOSPHERE AND ALSO MY 87 YEAR OLD MOM LIKE HIM ALSO HE HAS HELPED HER AND SHE FEELS COMFORTABLE WITH HIM.
