Dr Levine started giving me a sales pitch for a particular EXPENSIVE brand of contacts the second she walked in the room, before even knowing my name or even looking at my chart. How would she even know that those are "better for me" without knowing what I use now and why?

No, they never postpone my appointment

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did your eye exam hurt at all?
No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
Not the worst, but certainly not the best
