This office is horrible (doctor and staff). Where do I begin. The assistant is clueless and cold. I mean heartless. I am not sure if this person have attained the education necessary to do what she is doing but its killing this doctors business slowly. My visit was for a general physical. I was pushed around like a lab mice, they left me in the exam room waiting until I had to ask if they were down poking and prodding. The doctor treated me like a 4 yrs old. He called me sweet and "okay we will get you all take care of" . I am 28 yrs old. I think this doctor and his staff would benefit from a much need customers service intervention. I highly don't recommend this place unless you would like a bad experience.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Doctor is ok. Doesnt really listen and seems to always have something else on his mind. Overbooking seems to happen often and wait times can reach 45 minutes after scheduled appointment even if you arrive early. Waiting room in Montclair office is cramped. Office is spotless, but very cramped.
