I've never had to wait to see the doctor and while she won't win any awards for being the warmest person on earth--not why I go to a doctor--she has always given me the information I needed without my having to ask. Exercises due caution and investigated a potential problem with out alarming me. The staff is a bit aloof but not unfriendly, which reflects the doctor's personality. I have no issues with them at all. Again, I don't go to a doctor with the expectation that she, her staff and I will be come best buds. I had no problems finding the office and I she will remain my GYN unless I move out of the area.
