They've always been great about returning my phone calls quickly. They usually return my call within a couple days. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their credentials and diplomas were one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. It would be hard to miss all those diplomas. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Dr Dean takes the time to discuss procedures in detail, and gives you all of the alternatives.
