I thought the waiting time for my appointments were long, however, I believe that the doctor was very thorough and ordered effective procedures to determine the problem initially. He was clear about every avenue I could consider taking to resolve the issue. He also shared the percentage of guarantee that the issue would completely be resolved. Very honest and up front.
