Dr. Cohen was extremely rude. I was unable to see out of my glasses and Dr. Cohen was not helpful at all. I was crying in his office telling him that I could not see out of my glasses. He ignored my complaints and was very blunt in telling me there was nothing he could do. I am surprised he is still in practice. Absolutely no bedside manner. I left the office extremely upset and without the glasses I needed.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
