I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. There is NO handicap accessibility which makes no sense when you consider the population they serve. I didn't have any trouble at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. She is very careful, compassionate, enjoyable to speak with and knowledgeable.
