I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience, especially when we take great pride in providing our patients with quality and effective service. As a patient, we respect your time and understand how important it is to you. At this time, we don't know who you are, but we can tell you that upon occasion there are unanticipated emergencies that can set our calendar back. When this happens, we always try our best to meet each patient as quickly as possible, but we have to ensure we meet all their needs by not rushing through an examination or visit.
