I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located...I live on the same street...and getting there (and parking) are easy to deal with. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Dr. Nickerson's demeanor and clearness of imparting information are outstanding. He patiently listened to my questions, and considered every question important. He is thorough with his questions about my health history. He talked directly to me which allowed my daughter to take notes on what he was saying so I could be engaged in the conversation. He offered a plan of care that I am comfortable with and can do easily. I feel completely confident in his skills as an oncologist, and in his compassion as a human being.
