The wait time to see Dr. Ferry is regularly over one hour, even in the morning. She doesn't remember enough details about me or my medical history to make me feel comfortable that she is treating me as an individual. The office has been very hard to communicate with over the telephone (no voicemail and all information goes through support staff at both ends; haven't received phone calls back about important things). I don't feel like I'm getting the care I need.
