I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The assistant there gave me a hard time about coming in when I didn't have anything wrong with my vision or eyes. She asked if I had dry eyes, blurry vision, etc. and I said no to all that. Then she asked, "Well, why are you here then?" Then I heard her complaining loudly about that while I was in the exam room waiting, saying she wasn't sure why I was there and that she had to ask me. She also told the doctor that I didn't want an exam. Not sure where she got that idea. It's been my experience that you're supposed to get an eye exam every 2 years or so and you need a prescription less than 2 years old to get new glasses or lenses. The last time I had been was more than 3 years ago. So that's why I was there!!! When I asked the doctor about it, he was vague about how often to do eye exams and said that she was new there and he'd talk to her. During my eye exam, during which the Dr. realized he forgot to do an eye pressure check and quickly put his fingers on my eyelids to "check" it, he opened up Pandora on his computer to see what song was playing and give it a thumbs up. Very unprofessional.
