I saw Dr. More at her Portsmouth office and it was very positive experience (well as positive as you can get when you have to go to the doctor). She was extremely thorough and spent a great deal of time with me during my evaluation and explained everything after so that I could understand my hearing loss. I was nervous before I went and she put me completely at ease. I would absolutely recommend seeing her if you have a concern about your hearing or other hearing-related issues. The staff was friendly too, on the phone and in person. They were very professional and even asked me if I wanted the heat turned down in the waiting room when they saw me take off my sweater. I waited 5 minutes total for my appointment. I've been to one other local audiologist where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. The waiting area was extremely spacious and clean. I was completely at ease during my appointment and referred my father-in-law who also had a good experience. He has also seen two of the ENTs in the office and again, positive experiences! I would highly recommend Dr. More.
