They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
