They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their office was clean enough, but I wish they had taken the time to clean it more often. It didn't seem very sterile. Dr. Michaels is overly aggressive in his use of biopsies for men. I had PSA 2.8 and he wanted to do one. Another man I know 3.1. Both of us in good physical condition and healthy. Straight to biopsy. Had I not insisted on a second PSA test, I would have incurred needless risks from a biopsy. Other man I know got a second opinion, was told biopsy at 3.1 was "totally inappopriate" before other steps first. Very little concern on Dr's part. I did not feel safe at all in their care. .

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
