I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. She seems to favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. We called her as an emergency. Asking her, the on call doctor, to please meet us at the hospital's ER as they do not staff a pedi dr. She said "I'm busy!" and said if we didn't like it to go some where else. My child who was injured ended up having to get stiches. And both an EMT and LNA on scene believe it to be in my childs best intrested to have a pedi dr there. But Dr. Schoel dismissed our worries as nothing. I can NOT believe she has a patient base, when she acts like this!
