Dr. Thatcher and his staff got me in for sinus surgery quickly and worked around my schedule. Have had this surgery before with a HIGHLY successful dr before (12 yrs prior) but he's too big a practice now and scheduled my surgery months out and I waited in pre-op for 5 hours continually getting bumped...so I left and found Dr. Thatcher. Was very satisfied in every way.
