They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
