Dr. Freitas and his staff have been terrific with the care of my family! The doctor has been personally available for an emergency for my husband and again when my eight year old daughter had an eye infection. His personal care and concern allows us to feel valued and taken care of. The doctor, optical staff, assistants, and office staff are exceptional! They truly care about you as a person. I highly recommend this office for your eye care.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Freitas is great! His staff on the other hand are liars and thieves. None of them can be trusted. I had mailed a package to this location and some how it completely vanished. When calling and questioning the staff, I was treated rudely by Tara who refused to even look for the package that she had accepted through UPS just a few days earlier. I have tried to reach Dr. Freitas to no avail. The staff is not giving him my messages and erasing the ones I have left for him on the voice mail. At this point the police have been called and are conducting an investigation. The sad fact to all of this is it makes a fine upstanding Dr. and his practice look like crap when his staff is of this sort.
