Dr Kile is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for years. He always takes the time to explain everything to me. I feel like a patient, not a number. Recently, he has sold his practice and merged with another. The front staff are not pleasant, and sometimes borderline rude. I do continue to go because of Dr Kile, but when he retires, I will look for a new office.

Dr. Kile is a very good nice eye doctor and I have seen him for yrs but he sold out to some guy in Cranston and I had to cancel my appointment. I am getting new doctor because the new office is rude and they now have all these misc charges that he never charged extra for. You have to sign away your first born if you miss an appointment- what has it come down to a person with blue cross and eye med that has paid for years has no credibility! I'm going to Walmart now for eye exam I really don't care anymore!
