Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. The entire staff looked so professional and well groomed. It seemed they really paid attention to their appearance. They seem to make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would have me make an appointment only if it couldn't be handled over the phone. It was a pleasure working for Dr. Kramer and his staff, and I highly recommend people to see him for any head, neck, back, arms, legs, joints, and spinal cord problems due to automobile accidents and/or slip and falls.
